William K. Black, Associate Professor of Economics and Law, UMKC and Executive Director of the Institute for Fraud Prevention

Dr. Black is the author of “ The Best Way to Rob a Bank is to Own One”. Dr. Black carried out a courageous battle against corruption as a federal regulator. He will share some of those experiences.
